Saving files @ Musescore.com
If I save a file at musescore.com, can I open it in Musescore to resume working on it?
Strange question right. I do all my computer work at the library.

You start a score on day 1 and save it to MuseScore.com. On day 2, you come back to the library and visit MuseScore.com. On the score page, you can download the MuseScore file, on the right side, in the download heading. Open this file and MuseScore, and keep on working on it. Save it when you are done. Go to the score page on MuseScore.Com, and press the Edit tab. There you can replace the MuseScore file and save the score page.
We are working towards a better integration of Save scores online to remove the switch between MuseScore and musescore.com
