Presumably, you've run out of space on the drive you are using.

I don't guess so. By the way, the file location is in my Google drive folder

Could be only a certain amount of space is available for the Google drive. Not sure how it manages things. But in any case your OS seems to be telling MuseScore it can't write the file, so it seems like something to pursue with Microsoft and/or Google.
