Undeletable Rests
There are some rests in a number of measures and I am unable to delete them. In measure 6 staff 11 it is: incomplete. The same is true for measure 7 staff 10 and measure 25 staff 5

An opinion/idea of some reason particular which led this file to this corruption? (eg copy-paste tuplets maybe in a certain way, or/and combined with other thing, or other maneuvers?)
You seem to have to paste a whole note over the earliest rest, and then delete it. It sort of resets the rests, but not always as one might expect. Unfortunately these unwanted rests issues leak into the subsequent measures creating an elaborate mess that can be very troublesome. I would like to know how to completely clear out and individual measure without wrecking all that follows. I have a messed up measure in the Chopin Nocturne I have been working on. I'm so exhausted by Musescore's abhorrent behavior that I will have to wait until I'm not totally mentally fatigued to address the specific issue. What I can assure you is that Musescore exhibits many odd and unexpected behaviours. Faulty Tuplet entry in particular seem to cause many problems. Sometimes it looks right but it isn't. I would compare it to occult cancer within the system or score.

Without seeing the specific score in question, we can't do more than guess. But in general, note input should work exactly as describe in the Handbook. It's only in the extremely rare cases where a bug somehow causes a measure to become corrupt that you normally need to resort to workarounds. See https://musescore.org/en/node/54721 for ideas.
