Songbook won't open score from Google Drive

I purchased songbook specifically to replace an older version that did not support opening files from google drive but it still doesn't work. Songbook is not listed in the other apps when trying to open with.

That is with version 1.10.1 running with iOS 8.4.1 on an iPad 2

Is there a way to make this work?

So I cannot see any progress compared with the other version I had before.
