Range problem?

Am I missing something here? If you look at the attached score, the Staff Properties box for bassoon says the amateur and professional range is E2 -G4 (I know the actual bassoon range is larger, but I wanted to restrict my bassoon to that sub-range.) But look at the last two measures. Shouldn't they be highlighted as out of range?
