segfault album 1st score 4 staff w/ parts, 4 staff no parts, 3 staff no parts, 4 staff no parts.

got crash on 2.0.3 windows x86-64

Somehow my code misses this case. I know I had code to handle killing parts, and I had code to handle adding staffs to the maximum, but probably my code doesn't handle both cases at same time. Should make sure code will kill the parts and expand to max staffs to handle these situations.
