Detect swing

Hey, i know how to "detect swing" in the MIDI import panel, but like we know(?), the MIDI imprt panel goes away after saving and re-opening and i dont know if there is a way to bring it back after that, so ...

Is there a way to do it after the MIDI panel is not there anymore?
I tried to just delete the triplet signs, it removes all the notes.
