Umarcato, Dmarcato bug

I'm putting this here because I don't know if it has been reported yet.

The umarcato & dmarcato symbols do not appear where they are supposed to appear when the note stem is up or down.

Step 1: create a score with a single note with the stem pointing up.
Step 2: drag the umarcato symbol to the note.
Step 3: expected result, umarcato symbol is placed above the note and above the topmost staff line if the note is low enough on the staff.
Step 3: actual result, umarcato symbol is placed directly below the note, the tip actually touching the bottom of the note.

This works fine if the note stem is pointing down, but not when the note stem is pointing up.
You can reproduce the same problem for the dmarcato symbol following similar steps.
