Problem with Installation of MuseScore 2.0.3

Hi,
I have downloaded the msi file, double-clicked it, but when it gets to asking for the installation folder, it does not accept the default folder C:\Program Files (x86)\MuseScore 2\ but keeps telling me that the installation folder needs to be on a local drive.
As I find it difficult to imagine a drive more local than C:, I am a bit at a loss.
Anybody help?
