Changing Note Duration

Hi, wondering if there was a way to change the note duration for every note in a piece. At the moment, the piece is at 152 bpm, want to change to 76 bpm, with all my quarter notes to become eighth notes. Is this possible on the current build? Other topics have been different, also want to keep the same time signature.
