Could be a stupid question...but!
Are you able to take the files or sheet music you write and run it through something like Logic Pro? I wasn't sure exactly how the program works and figured it was worth asking. Thanks!

There are no stupid questions ;)
Assuming you want to render the file to audio with logic pro, you can export a MIDI file from MuseScore and open it in Logic. Note that you can also export audio from MuseScore directly if you don't want to edit it. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/file-formats-0
I do this exact thing all the time. I write the score in MuseScore, export it to MIDI, and import it into Logic.
