Scottish Snap using the Musescore 4 Swing function.
Hello!
In musescore 4 the swing function is very useful, but does anyone know if there is a way to set the ratio, so you get a short-long pattern like is found in quite a lot of traditional Scottish tunes?
Something like this:
I know it would be possible to notate it all manually, but I'd like to be able to adjust the ratio if possible.
Thanks!

That't be a swing ratio of 75%, wouldn't it?

Kind of... I think 75% is the right ratio between the notes, but it plays the long note first not the short one
See How to create a visual swing marking
I found that I had to set the ratio to 25% to make it work

Ah, of course

What I want to figure out is an easy way to enter them!
If I want the other rhythm (dotted eighth, sixteenth), I can quickly enter eighths and then go back and add a dot to the first of every pair. Can't do that for the "Scottish Snap" rhythm (sixteenth, dotted eighth). :-(

Copy/paste maybe?
