Black Screen for all pieces of work
So this has happened once before, but I think I figured out what triggered the black screen for all my pieces of work. When I select the "advanced" section of my palette and work for some time, when I close out of the program and re open, the screens are black.

More details needed: what operating system, which steps exactly to reproduce?
I'm always using the advanced palette and never had this.
Also, please describe in more detail what you mean - a portion of the MuseScore window is "black"? Which portion? Or the whole window? Can you post a screenshot?
Same issue.
I am on macOS Sierra. Attached a screenshot.
The workspace is entirely with black background, no matter what I do.
Playback works, selection works, etc. but all is desperately black. HELP !
EDIT: I found a workaround: Musescore > Preferences > Canvas > Paper color to set to white instead of plain black. Needs to be done each time I start Musescore, though...

Have you installed 2.0.3.1? That was released specifically to fix this.
