text frame issue

I'm on 2.0.2

Am simply trying to have a txt frame at end of score which appears to have 2 columns, each of which has text aligned to its column.

I've tried
2 hor txt frames
2 vert frames
They all appear sequential, horizontally across the page.
Can't seem to get vert frames to stack side-by-side as I would expect.

I cannot insert one frame within another.
I cannot get any handles on vertical edges.
The inspector does not give any options for controlling width of frames.

Can I do it?
