Key signatures.
Hi I have been using musescore for a while but today I started a new score in f magor but having selected thekey there is no b flat showing on it.
I tried a few different times to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You should be able to simply select the key-signature now, and drop it in place. (By default, it affects all staves at once.)

I tried selecting 1 flat and nada but when I selected 2 flats it went in as 1.
I also selected accidental on my b and it worked which is why i am a bit confused.
Thanks for reply and i know it sounds a bit strange.

Try https://musescore.org/en/handbook/revert-factory-settings
attach here your score, if you want...

I'm guessing your score is for a transposing instrument, like say the Horn. All music for Horn is automatically transposed up a fifth as required by the instrument, so all key signatures automaitcally display with one flat less (or one sharp more) than sounding. if you are unfamiliar with the concept of transposing instruments, see for example https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transposing_instrument. You will need to understand whether you want to enter the music as written or as sounding, and then make sure the Concert Pitch button is in the proper state (one for sounding pitch, off for written pitch), before entering your music.
If you do understand transposing instruments and are sure that this not what is going on, please attach the score you are having problems with and tell us the steps to reproduce the problem.

Actually I am using english horn so that may be the problem.
Thanks for your help.

Try flipping betwen concert pitch and transposed pitch using the button at the top.
