Has anyone heard of problems after an upgrade to Yosemite 10.10.5?

Without having read the Italian post, the problems I mostly heard were missing sound. In some cases revert to factory settings wasn't enough. The soundfont was really missing, so either MuseScore has to be completely reinstalled, either the soundfont had to be downloaded. This is all from the top of my mind.
