Single measure repeat playback

To reproduce:
1. Insert a measure of notes
2. Insert a single measure repeat after it
3. Play it back

Expected result:
The two measure should both sound the same

Actual result:
The first measure sounds like it should, but the second measure sounds like a full rest.
