[2.0.0 nightly r4847] courtesy time signatures requires reopening score

When disabling courtesy time signatures (announcing the time signature change before a measure when the time signature changes, e.g. at the end of a bar), the on screen rendering does not reflect the change. You need to save the score, close and reopen it to have the score reflect the change.

The change is reflected when enabling courtesy time signatures.

FWIW enabling and disabling courtesy key signatures works as expected.
