How to dele a How-To?
At several occasions users errnously post their quesion by submitting a How-To. How to prevent that and how to get rid of them or change them into a forum topic?

Would renaming the How-To section to FAQ possible help to prevent the confusion?
Still wouldn't solve the problem with the existing bogus entries and we can't turn them all into empty place holder like my 3rd example, can we?

All three have been removed. Thanks for pointing to them.
I added 2 lines of info on the how to submission form to guide people what the how to is for.
