How to adjust element offset from palette?
For example, I want the dynamic mf to appear 0.2sp horizontally away from the note that is above it when I add it from the palette. Manually editing the offset of the element and then adding it back to the palette does not retain this ability. Changing the content offset from the palette does not work as this handbook page points out: 'Changing values in "Palette Cell Properties" only affects the appearance of elements in the palette. It does not change their sizes or offsets on the score page.'
I want to know if there is a possibility of altering the offset of elements from the palette.

Not from the palette, but instead use menu item: Style -> Text -> Dynamics where you can change the offsets.

This is useful in a way, but unfortunately I have a displacement specification for each individual dynamic under notes. I want them to appear æsthetically pleasing.
Thanks anyway.
Place a "normal" dynamic. Right-click on it >Text properties and adjust the Offset. Now [Ctrl][Shift]-drag your new dynamic to a custom palette. Repeat for other dynamics. I have done this for vertically-offset dynamics for piano/vocal scores.
