Honor the dynamic, tempo and chord texts with a more visible place in the menu

I feel that these elements are so mush used that they should be more visible in the menu. Of course the palette could be used but the menu entries comes in handy when looking for the shortcuts of the commands, and if I were new to MuseScore I would definitely expect to find tempoes in Insert.Tempo and not Insert.Text.Tempo. Normal users, in my opinion, doesn't think of tempo or dynamics as text even though they are represented as that in the internals.
