How do I enter this bar that contains a tie to a triplet?
I am typing the lower singing part (starting with F in the picture below) into MuseScore and cannot figure out how to recreate the following bar, which includes a quarter note tied to a triplet followed by two more triplets. I couldn't even get all three triplets into a single bar, much less add the tie.

Enter it without triplet.
Select the first note, press the + key
First step would be to read the Handbook section on Tuplets so you can understand how to enter a triplet (eg, first select the total duration, then press Ctrl+3, then enter the three notes). Once you've entered the notes, you can go back and add the tie.
So the complete sequence to enter the notes for the first two beats, upper voice:
5 B Ctrl+3 B B B, then press Esc to leave note input mode, click the first B, press "+" to add the tie. There are other ways too. For instance, you could cursor back twice to the first B after adding the next one, press "+" to add the tie, then go on entering notes.
To enter the rest of the tuplets, simply repeat the process of pressing 5 Ctrl+3.

Thank you for replying with the complete answer, Marc. Before posting my question I consulted this page and did not realize there's a duration value, which is the key to entering the 3 triplets.
