Soundfont/Recording Replacement
Is there any way to replace the sound of one of the instruments with a recording I've done myself? Would I need to create a whole new soundfont? Any ideas?

You would either need to create a soundfont from that recording, or edit an existing soundfont to use your recording instead of what it currently uses. Either way, you need to use a soundfont editor. Do a search of this forum and you'll find recommendations for your particular operating system (Polyphone seems to be a popular choice).
