Any button past the community button doesnt work (starting on undo and redo)
I am on Arch Linux i686 and almost no buttons work. (Correction: it starts with the icon after the zoom)

So, what button are you you trying to press that you find doesn't do what you expect? As in, what specifically do you press, what specifically do you expect it to do, and what specifically does it do instead?

Im trying to press the play button, and it doesn't even press.

Use the search function on musescore.org and use as keywords: linux play
You'll find many similar topics with Linux users having troubles to get play back working.

Right, playback is kind of hardware and OS-dependent, so it might require some additional fiddling to get it working on any given Linux distribution. Is it only things relating to playback you are having trouble? You initial post made it sound like *nothing* worked.

Only playback and sound related. I just realized when I input a note, no sound plays.

Check your playback settings in Edit -> Preferences -> I/O. Attach a screenshot of this dialog if you don't find the good ones.
