It looks as if there is a frame at the start of the next line/system already, but tthis is hard to tell from looking at a PDF.
System breaks can get applied to (horizontal) frames too, not just to measures
BTW: the 2nd segno should probably be a "D.S. al coda" and the 1st coda a "To Coda", for playback to work

Just delete the system break at the end the 2nd to last line and apply a system break to the horizontal frame. Then resize that frame to your likings.
I've also 'corercted' the segno and code to playback correctly (well, playback as per what I understand to to be wanted)
