One of two notes not playing
I have a place in my sheet music where two notes are set to play at a time, but when I run it, only one of them makes a sound.
Does anyone know why this happens?
EDIT: I've noticed that when I take away the 8va, the two notes play, but here I want the 8va.

If you want both to Play during note entry (rather than during playback), you'd need to enable this in Preferences, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/preferences#note-input

I changed the score before you looked at it, probably. Try downloading the new attachment. It's the second to last note (pair).

It is there, pretty soft though.

Sorry, can't confirm this - both notes in your score play back perfectly clearly here (MuseScore 2.0.3 with the default soundfont). Any chance you're using a different soundfont?

Just tried the second version; it still plays fine here. I can clearly hear both notes.

It might depend on the sound font. I just finished a score with a solo cello that goes extremely high. The highest note does not play and I am pretty sure it is not included in the sound font. Have you tried a different instrument?
