Staff spacing doesn't work on second page
I've tried doing all the reset options on anything to do with layout, but still, the staff spacing doesn't work on the second page. I've attached a sample picture. Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

Actually, you uave it backwards. It's the second page that is honoring the system spacing you set (staff spacong is spacing *within* a system, and it's the same on both page). On the fist page, your system spacing setting is being ignored, because the page exceeds the "page fill thrsshold" (same dialog) and is thereforefore being stretched out to fill the page. Increase the page fill threshold to 100% and then you can set the actual system spacing. Then turn the page fill threshold back down if you like to distribute the systems more evenly within the first page.
