Fluid Synth Filters?
I'm currently engaged in customising the Jeux 1.4 SoundFont for use with MuseScore, but I've run into a problem.
There appears to be an attenuation of the mid/low frequency range of samples played by MIDI Notes 72 and above.
This does not happen while I'm editing the sounds in Viena, but as soon as I try it out in MuseScore sounds above note 71 (soprano B) suffer from this attenuation, almost as though a high pass filter is tinkering with the sound.
This is happening in both 1.1 and the 2.0 r5264 nightly build.
I'm therefore surmising it is something to do with FluidSynth.
Can anyone shed any light??
