Shortcut for Synthesizer interferes with text entry
This bug comes from http://musescore.org/en/node/15027. I'm only reporting the issue as is and as I reproduced it, but possibly other shortcut definitions affect text entry and editing as well.
1. Define a shortcut for Synthesizer as Shift-S.
2. Create a new score with title
3. Double-click title and try to enter a Shift-S. You will receive an error message (see attached).
Shortcuts not be active during text entry mode. Also the dialog window has two options: "OK" and "quit". Quit does the same thing as OK.

Also in system text and most probably other places that expect text too.
On top: you can't get rid of that shortcut other than 'reset all to default'
If you select it and press "reset to default" (top one) it does clear. I do find the interface kludgy and in need of a simplification.
Oh, yes, it is not 'rest all to default' However: 'delete' does not do what it claims to be doing, so there's a bug (another bug, unrelated to that shortcut interfering with text entry. And the interface is simple enough, Reset, delete, set to... no change needed IMHO)
Still an issue under latest GIT 4ee8a2e.
Shift+S is meanwhile occupied for Staccato, as is just S (for Slur), but when using Ctrl+Alt+S I can still reproduce this in 2.1
