Channel EQ and multieffects.

To improve playback:

1. Add a stereo chorus module to the "Master Effects" tab. Allow the mixer reverb and chorus controls to vary the amount of each effect (reverb and chorus) per channel.
2. 2-band channel EQ for the mixer.
