8th notes and 15 notes look strange
When I enter a 8 note followed by 2 16th notes then another 8th notes they are all beamed as one group. How do I make it like normal sheet music?

There are many different standards for how beaming might work, and in some circles, beaming notes together as you described is perfectly normal. Like you, though, I prefer to break the beam on the second beat. So immediately after entering the first note of the second beat, double click the "start of beam" icon in the Beams palette. See the Handbook entry on "Beam" for more info on beaming options.
