Glissando end-note
Hello dear Musescore community,
Does anybody know how to notate an end-note to a glissando? musescore's default is to end it on the pitch of the next note. I would like to set an alternative pitch. is there a way of doing that?
thank you

How are you thinking you'd set an alternative pitch without utilizing a pitched note? At any rate, lessening the duration and invisibility might work for you:

normally in printed sheet music (usually in contemporary music) the target note of a gliss is written in brackets at the end of the glissando line. I was hoping there"s a way of doing that in musescore too...

If that's what you want, just ad a bracket at the end note maybe? Do you have any images of what you're mentioning? If the screenshot I posted wasn't what you were going for, then maybe just add a bracket to the end note by using the ( ) symbol or adding some text for some [ ]s. Maybe I'm not understanding.
