Update dialogue sometimes appears

1. Open MuseScore.

Result: A dialogue box will sometimes appear saying there is an update available.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (0988848) - Mac 10.7.4.

Should this be put in the Issue Tracker? Perhaps a quick fix would be better, if deemed a bug.
