Playback buttons
My playback buttons are grayed out, and the program won't make any sound. I've tried reverting to factory settings, nothing is working. I'm using version 2.0.3. Please, if anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it!

'you should see "FluidR3Mono_GM.sf3" in the middle of the Synthesizer window
you can avoid reverting to factory settings by simply downloading and installing a replacement SoundFont'
the sound works for other applications?
Which operating system you use?
Try downloading (perhaps with FireFox) and do an installation 'Clean'

You can't view the synthesizer? You mean you go to View / Synthesizer and the window does not appear? If that is the case, please do the Revert again (Help / Revert to Factory Settings). Then try again, and tell us what soundfont you listed in View / Synthesizer, also what settings you see in Edit / Preferences / I/O. Also say what OS you are on.

My API is MME device is Microsoft Sound Mapper - Output
