There are differing levels of corruption possible. Fortunately, this is one of the easier one to sort (it only involves one bar on two staves). First insert a new bar where the corruption is. Then select the bar before + the corrupt bar + the one after, and do a swap between Voices 1 & 2 and back again (usually this is [Ctrl] 1 1 ). Then delete the extra bar.
Exchanging voices twice and deleting the added rests fixed it.
Eh, you do realise that in Bars 15 and 16 you are asking the trumpets to hit an A above Top C? I can hit an F reliably on either a Bb or a C trumpet but I can't get the A reliably and it is way, way beyond most players. I can scream up to an octave or so beyond this and then down again but not hold an accurate, fixed note.
when I'm trying to convert a pdf, after I refresh it sys "unsuccessful" does anyone know how to fix that?

Try again, maybe with a better quality scan (if it is a scan). It's a very experimental facility, though, so on't expect miracles. Think of it as like being the very first beta test of Siri.

I fail to see how that relates to the OP's problem?
