Lilypond fonts

I've seen similar posts, but again,

This large selection of open-source fonts is really something. Are there any future Musescore changes in the cards allowing for the integration of these Lilypond .otf fonts? Or is it possible that some of us can convert these to SMuFL and then some how get them integrated into Musescore? To have these fonts integrated, or to allow an "open" form of SMuFL and have these be converted properly would be a pretty swell option for PDF/Image output.

Integrating these fonts directly would not work, they need to be SMuFL compliant. Hopefully someone will come up with a script to remap and resize a lilypond font to SMuFL but as far as I know, it's currently a manual job. Assuming this job is done, sure, we could include some more fonts in MuseScore.
