Issues With Uploading Certain SoundFonts Online...
So for a certain song I've composed I selected very specific soundfonts that, when uploaded to the musescore website, only play back using the piano soundfont. I'd like to know if the issue is in the soundfonts I'm using (which I don't think it is, considering I've used some of these before and they played normally online) or if it's something else, and if there's something I can do to fix the issue. Thank you.

I forgot to mention that they play back normally in the editor.

As already noted in a previous comment, the MuseScore web site only provides for one, default, sound-font. (And, realistically, there is nothing else that it can do ... lotsa big technical “can o’ worms” problems lurking in these swamps.)
So, if your score requires a different font, by all means please do share it, but perhaps by a different means (so that playback does not sound positively goofy). Put the file and maybe the SoundFont somewhere [else ...], and post a comment which includes both links. (Along with, for the relative-newbies, a link to instructions from the MuseScore site for installing the font and getting it sync'd up with your composition correctly.)

Another (convoluted) solution is to
1/ Have a MuseScore.com and Youtube account
2/ Upload the score to MuseScore.com
3/ In MuseScore, File > Export > MP3 an
4/ Press the "Send to Youtube" option on the score page, click on the three dots button to reveal it.
5/ In the form, upload the MP3 you created and check the checkbox to create automatically an audio source
6/ Save and wait.
7/ Your score now sounds similar on musescore.com and in MuseScore, and you have a nice looking video on your youtube channel.
