1. Create score.
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. 'Instruments'.
4. Add instrument.
5. 'OK'.

Result: Cursor appears as a black note head.

6. Click on stave.

Result: Note is entered in Voice 4 and not where it was clicked.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (7f655f1) - Mac 10.7.4.
