How to move the page numbers
I see that I can click and drag each page number individually. But I'd like to change the location of every page number in a long document. (They are currently out of my printer's range, so not printing.)
I tried going to Edit Text Style, then page numbers. I changed the X and Y for page numbers, but nothing changed. The numbers stayed in the same place.
Any suggestions on how to move the page numbers?
Thanks

The "relX" and "relY" values are what I was after: they control how far in the page the page number is positioned ("relX" across the page: 0% = total left -> 100% = total right; "relY" down the page: 0% = top -> 100% = bottom).
However, in order to see the change(s), you has to save the piece, close and reload.

Thanks Carolyn for your comment! It helped me to understand what "relX" and "relY" mean. I was finally able to put the pages number in the centre down of the page. But before, I closed and reloaded the piece as you suggested. Thanks again. Gabriella

Thank you for your clear explanation of these functions. I cannot find a clear description in the handbook (cursory search only). As this is a collaborative effort it may bear adding. This would be useful to many, I think.
