How to...?
I am really enjoying working with Musescore, pleasantly surprised at how intuitive it is
But I have not yet figured out whether it is possible to
i) change the number of bars on a system, independent of other systems
( so , to have one system with 5 , or 7, bars on it, and the rest keep four, say)
ii) add multi measure repeat symbols
( i.e a % sign that spans two, four or eight bars)
Any pointers appreciated

Thanks very much!
The workaround for the repeats is a little fiddly, but I am sure I will get the hang of it with practise!

1. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook: Breaks and spacers
2. "z". Master pallets>symbols. Repeat in the top search box of that window. You will have to position it and add text over it if you want a number of bars.

1) thanks!
2) Ahhh... hadn't thought of that. I'm just using for writing, not playback, so that might actually work! - thanks!

Thanks Kuwitt. I play bass, and I notice that a lot of the time, composers write a lot of the same thing for bass players over and over again. I'm OK with reading it once, so the repeat sign is very useful...Thanks
