import of v1.2 file: arco/pizz wrong position and playback

There are the following problems:
1. in m4 the 'arco' text in both violins is misplaced on beat two. v1.2 shows them on beat one.
2. playback starts pizzicato. (plays arco in v1.2)
3. after change to 'arco' in m4, first beat is still played pizz, only starting at beat 2 playback is back to normal.

Using 45c50c1 on Ubuntu 12.04

Opened the score above to 1.3, saved it and loaded it in github-musescore-musescore-dfabf9.

  1. in m4 the 'arco' text shows on beat one, as it should, so this issue seems fixed.
  2. playback starts pizzicato, so problem still exists
  3. after change to 'arco' in m4, first beat is still played pizz, only starting at beat 2 playback is back to normal ('arco'), so this bug too is still present
