how to hide all tuplets bracket and numbers ?
I know how to hide tuplet bracket and number one by one. But, is there a method to hide all at once? or can I set "hide tuplet bracket and number" as default input ?

No default setting.
But you can select all tuplets at once: Right click one of them and then choose 'Select all similar'. In the Inspector you can now change number and bracket styles for all selected tuplets at once.
