Grace note stems extending to edge of page

I've just come across another instance of the problem with extended stems seen (and fixed) a few weeks ago. This time it's with grace notes. It may also be worth noting that when the file was saved the two acciaccature were vertically aligned. I assume the diagonal line artefact at the bottom of the image is also related as that was not there when the file was saved.

Using nightly build 37f118a on Mac OS X 10.6.8
