It is true that if one doubleClicks the line tnat it gets
selected with three little squares, on ends and center, one them dark blue.
Then I should be able to move the right end anchor one measure.
I can’t figure out how to do that.
The line length changes a small amount each cntrl ->
But the anchors stay the same.

The handbook needs to be improved so it's understandable.
Also the arrows look like minus signs.
And thank you jeetee for being willing to answer my question.
Shoichi wasn't willing to answer it.

I guess people just expect shiochi to make a full blown video explaining step by step or he's not willing to help. His reputation obviously preceded him.

If you have suggestions for improving the Handbook, feel free to make them. Or just edit it yourself - MuseScore is open source, Handbook and all.
FWIW, Shoichi is not a native English speaker, that is why he usually offers help that doesn't require a lot of writing. But he often manages to be the first on the scene to offer pointers to the appropriate section of the Handbook, or sometimes even a picture, and we appreciate that greatly.
