pdf file queued for 24 hours

I have used the pdf converter with some very good results for simple folk tunes .
I tried to use it yesterday and the file has bean queued for nearly a day when it normaly only takes a few seconds .
I am using windows 10 with microsoft edge
I can not delete the files to start again .
I tried creating an other account so as to start a fresh on an other browser (explorer) with the same result .
I have updated java script .
