It is the right hand side of the add instruments dialog, listing the parts/Instruments that had been added to the score. So it is multiple parts, at least potentially.
But is also lists the staves that belong to a part (2 for piano, 2 or 3 for Organ, 1 for most other instruments).
Since the string is going to change, we should put that info in the source code for future translations. I'd simply add a comment on Transifex otherwise.

We can for now fix it in the en_US (and en_GB) translations. I changed it there to "Part List". Next step is to fix it in the code for master.
