Unfortunately not, although it's been requested several times and hopefully will be implemented at some point. What there is is Alt--up/down that mvoes to the next higher or lower *note* at that time position, whether on the same staff or another. Unless your music happens to have exactly one in every staff and they happen to be arranged top to bottom, this will be frustrating as it will seem to move the cursor around pretty randomly, and will skip staves with no notes at that time position entirely. But I guess it's better than nothing.
