How to use both the Repeat Bars and the CODA
Hi, I'm new in MuseScore and I just had my first a cappella arrangement. I wanted to repeat the chorus part then, it should 'jump' over the second stanza and to the 'Coda' thing, but it doesn't work. I guess i'm just not using the signs properly :) I would appreciate some help guys. :) Thanks!
Here's the example of the song, and my problem about it.

A couple of things -
- codas normally only apply after a DS or DC. what you have here should really just be notated with a first and second ending
- in situations where you do really want a coda, you need to add the "to coda" using the repeats palette - you can't add ordinary staff text and expect MuseScore to "read" it

You have already looked at the "Getting Started" number 8?
I found it very useful, as well as look at the scores of musescore.com (eg http://musescore.com/user/14284/scores/24666 #)
Another useful thing to know, from handbook:
Select the line (became blue), then right-click (opens the window), change the reps.
Franz.

I don't know. Did you know you can publish your score online at musescore.com?
