Help with use of two note tremolo
I just want to start by saying that I don't know much about reading sheet music. I am just trying to recreate a composition.
With that, I am trying to use some two note tremolos, but not sure if I am doing it incorrectly or if it is a bug. I have tried to select the note head and double clicking the symbol off the palette also tried dragging it to the not head. Neither seemed to work.
I have attached a two measure example of one of the instance. When I tried to apply it to the whole note, nothing seems to happen. When applying to the three quarter notes, it changes them into quarter notes along with the first eighth note that follows. Please help.

I'm not sure what exactly you are trying to do. You say you are trying to create a two note tremolo, but there is really only one note in that measure. Maybe you mean, beween the two notes of the octave? If so, you should enter them as half note ome after the other, then add the tremolo. See the Handbook entry on Tremolo .
