Select the FULL treble/bass clef notation?
I know there is a way to select the whole notation (ctrl+A), but is there any way to individually select the whole treble clef or bass clef notation alone?
I would like to copy and paste piano arrangements across to a new score and individually transpose the bass and treble clefs together onto a single treble staff so it's playable on guitar.
(This means I need to "compress" the treble/bass piano arrangement down into the neighboring octaves.)

(Ctrl+shift+end) does the trick - thanks.

You need to do the implode before you copy. Simply select both staves, implode, select only the treble staff and copy.

I tried the implode, it worked.. but now the two notations are locked in so I can no longer select them individually to move them closer into neighboring octaves unless I move each note manually, the actual notation is arranged for piano so unless I can move the bass and treble into neighboring octaves individually the notes for guitar are all over the place, unplayable.
The purpose of this is to bring a bass and treble arrangement (in whatever piano octaves they were written) together into neighboring octaves like a guitars default open position.
Any advice from here is welcome..

Ctrl + C; Copy, eg. The bass clef;
Select the treble clef measures ->Edit/Voices, exchange Voice 1-2;
Select the first rest in the treble clef -> Ctrl+V.
Now right click a note and you can select all similar elements of the same voice.

If possible, please attach the piano score (or a portion of it) so that we can see exactly what you are trying to do. For example, is the music polyphonic and you wish to maintain voice separation?

Also, maybe change the octave(s) of the piano notes before using implode.
(Here's a tip:
A quick way to change the octave for a bunch of selected notes is Ctrl + up arrow to raise an octave, Ctrl + down arrow to lower an octave.)
Regards.
According to my own experience:
In this type of transcriptions: Some arrangement and adjustment is necessary. (Because of copying has always caused more problems)
For me: It's easier to open two documents side by side and write the guitar notation from scratch.
